The Chicago Bee branch offers one-on-one computer skills help every Wednesday from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, using the Chicago Digital Learn online resource. You can book an appointment or just drop by the desk on the second floor with any tech questions, and you're welcome to bring your own laptop. Assistance is available by phone or in person; accessibility requests need to be made at least 14 business days ahead.
